In the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:


• Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion
• Facilitate effective coordination between technical teams and client stakeholders by organizing regular meetings, sprints, and project phases to align expectations and objectives
• Support technical teams in executing development, integration, and customization stages of enterprise application packages, ensuring adherence to project requirements
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations

Required Skill and Experience

1. Measurement & Attribution Expertise
• Understanding of digital marketing measurement frameworks
• Attribution methodologies (rule-based, data-driven, MMM basics)
• Experimentation / incrementality / lift measurement
• Customer acquisition journey understanding across digital channels


2. AI & Advanced Analytics Exposure
• Practical application of AI/ML in marketing or measurement use cases
• Predictive modeling / optimization / segmentation familiarity
• Ability to translate AI capabilities into business solutions
• Experience partnering with analytics or data science teams


2. Strategic & Cross-Functional Leadership
Candidates must demonstrate:
• Ambiguity navigation
• Stakeholder alignment across marketing, product, analytics, and tech
• Executive storytelling
• Ability to connect measurement strategy to business outcomes

Preferred Skill and Experience

Preferred Domain Experience
Strong preference for candidates from:
• Financial services
• Banking
• Regulated industries
• Privacy / consent-aware environments

Marketing Technology & Platform Experience
Preference for candidates with experience in:
• Adobe Analytics/Similar tools
• Tracking infrastructure (tags, pixels, SDKs)
• SQL / data platforms / cloud ecosystems
• Real-time tracking and identity resolution

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
