Product Support Specialist

The Product Support Specialist will support the day-to-day operations of the My Ads platform by reviewing and approving advertiser creative submissions, ensuring compliance with brand, legal and creative policies, and helping maintain a high-quality advertiser experience. This individual will work closely with Product, Ad Operations, Sales, and Vendor Partners to review creative assets, resolve submission issues, and facilitate timely campaign launches. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to balance quality standards with operational efficiency in a fast-paced digital advertising environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Creative Review & Approval:
• Review submitted advertising creative, including display, video, and sponsored brand banner placements.
• Validate creative assets against platform policies, advertiser requirements, brand standards, and content guidelines.
• Approve, reject, or request modifications to creative submissions with clear rationale and clarity.
• Ensure compliance with legal, privacy, and advertising standards as defined by business and platform requirements.
• Monitor creative review queues and maintain established service-level agreements (SLAs).

• Platform Operations & Support:
• Serve as an operational resource for creative approval workflows within the My Ads platform.
• Troubleshoot common submission, formatting, and campaign setup issues.
• Escalate complex platform, product, or policy issues to appropriate teams.
• Track recurring issues and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of approvals, rejections, and exceptions.
• Communicate approval decisions and feedback to internal stakeholders and advertisers.

• Quality & Compliance:
• Ensure creative assets align with retailer, advertiser, and platform standards.
• Perform quality assurance reviews to maintain consistency across approval decisions.
• Support audits and compliance reviews when required.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency and reduce approval turnaround times.

Qualifications Required

• 13 years of experience in digital advertising, ad operations, content moderation, platform support, e-commerce, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to evaluate creative content against established guidelines.
• Experience working with advertising platforms, retail media networks, or campaign management tools.
• Knowledge of digital advertising formats, creative specifications, and campaign workflows.
• Experience supporting product or operational processes in a technology environment.
• Familiarity with QA processes, continuous learning models and ticketing systems.

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $30.00 - $32.00 /hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
