Learning Support Advisor

Kforce's client is seeking a Learning Support Advisor in Phoenix, AZ who will partner with learning leaders, facilitators, learning performance consultants, content managers, business partners, & stakeholders to coordinate training delivery. Responsibilities:

• Assist the department in executing Learning & Development programs that support employee growth, capability building, & organizational effectiveness
• Serve as a key resource in the planning, coordination, scheduling, & delivery of learning initiatives across the Association
• Support of curriculums, facility configurations, learning paths, & ensuring communication of processes with business partners & customers
• Scheduling learning events as outlined through the planning & request processes
• Matching the learning facility capabilities (room size, technology capability, other equipment, configuration, instructor, etc.) with the scheduling requirements
• Performing both resourcing &/or delivery (preparation) support for Learning & Development teams
• Building course offerings in & managing Learning Management Systems
• Maintaining course requirements & process updates to course set up requirements
• Collaborating with team members & customers to resolve issues & identify appropriate issues for escalation

• Resourcing & scheduling Learning & Development facilitators & learning spaces to match learning requirements.
• Training scheduling & logistics management
• Instructor/facilitator & learner support
• Learning space oversight/management
• Training delivery & program administration
• Learning communications
• Learning management system (LMS) administration & support
• Training reporting, tracking, metrics, & compliance
• 2+ years of Learning & Development experience to include administrative, analysis and/or resourcing experience
• 2+ years of experience working in a fast paced, high volume, dynamic environment
• 2+ years of experience/advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (strong Excel - pivot tables, text to column, Macros, etc.) and advanced knowledge of data analysis and associated tools
• Experience with Workday, Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Ability to troubleshoot level 1 classroom issues and escalate as needed
• Must be highly organized and able to multi-task
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
