Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid – 2 days onsite per week) Salary: $115,000 - $135,000 + Annual Bonus The Opportunity: We're partnering with a growing organization embarking on a company-wide ERP transformation. This is an opportunity to become the business's first dedicated NetSuite Systems Administrator, taking ownership of the platform from implementation through to long-term support and optimisation. You'll work closely with Finance, Technology, and external implementation partners while becoming the internal NetSuite expert after go-live. This is a highly visible role where you'll influence how the business operates, helping shape processes, integrations, reporting, and the future of the ERP environment. What You'll Be Doing Act as the internal owner and administrator of the NetSuite platform. Play a key role throughout a full NetSuite implementation, supporting configuration, testing, data migration, user acceptance testing, go-live, and post-implementation support. Work alongside Finance, IT, and implementation partners to ensure a successful ERP deployment and smooth knowledge transfer. Configure and maintain NetSuite, including workflows, saved searches, dashboards, reports, roles, permissions, and user management. Build and maintain integrations between NetSuite and key business applications, including CRM and eCommerce platforms. Support core ERP processes including Financials, Order Management, Procurement, Inventory, Revenue Recognition, and reporting. Develop SuiteAnalytics reports and dashboards to improve business visibility and decision‑making. Translate business requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions and process improvements. Troubleshoot system issues, support end users, document processes, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. What We're Looking For 5+ years of hands‑on NetSuite Administration experience. Experience supporting at least one full NetSuite implementation from start to finish. Strong understanding of ERP systems and finance processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Order Management, Procurement, and Financial Reporting. Experience configuring NetSuite, including workflows, saved searches, dashboards, roles, permissions, and user administration. Experience supporting ERP integrations and data migrations. Strong communication skills with the ability to work across Finance, Operations, and Technology teams. Someone comfortable acting as the business's internal NetSuite expert and primary point of contact. Nice to Have NetSuite Administrator Certification. Experience with SuiteAnalytics, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, SuiteScript, Celigo, or similar integration platforms. Experience building documentation, governance, training materials, and user support processes. Previous experience supporting Finance-led ERP environments.
