Remote Business Analyst

Supporting a healthcare technology engineering team, the full-time remote Business Analyst will gather and refine business and technical requirements, translate high-level needs into actionable user stories, and collaborate with engineering and QA teams to ensure clear and executable requirements. Key responsibilities Gather and refine business and technical requirements from stakeholders Translate high-level needs into user stories and acceptance criteria Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and maintain the product backlog in partnership with product and engineering teams Required qualifications 2-4 years of Business Analyst or similar experience in a software development environment Strong experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Ability to translate vague or complex requirements into structured deliverables Experience collaborating with developers and QA teams
