EmpowerHome Team is hiring motivated Real Estate Sales Agents who want qualified opportunities, proven sales systems, and the support to grow their production and income.
Our Inside Sales and Marketing teams provide qualified buyer and seller leads and scheduled appointments , allowing you to focus on meeting clients, building relationships, and closing transactions.

Compensation:$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
Responsibilities:What You’ll Do
- Meet with qualified home sellers and conduct listing consultations
- Guide sellers through the listing process to closing
- Manage seller leads, follow-ups, and pipeline using our CRM
- Turn seller opportunities into signed listings
- Build relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
- Deliver an excellent seller experience
- Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching
What We’re Looking For
- Active South Carolina Real Estate License required
- Full-time commitment to building a successful real estate sales career
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
