Why This Role Matters As a Talent Partner, you’ll play a key role in fueling our client delivery engine. You’ll own the candidate side of the search—sourcing, engaging, and nurturing top-tier talent in the Information Technology space. You’ll build pipelines across high-demand skill sets, precisely matching candidates to contract, projects and direct hire roles, all along helping connect great people to great companies. This role is critical to how we deliver outcomes—and how we grow. The Talent Partner is aligned to our Information Technology division. Submit 10–12 Qualified Candidates Weekly: Deliver top-tier talent to our clients with speed, quality, and precision. Generate 8+ Business Development Leads Weekly: Uncover opportunities from your desk through meaningful MPA conversations, Bullhorn tracking, and strategic use of marketing assets. Execute the AccruePartners Business System: Participate in every intake session to align expectations. Craft compelling Go-to-Market messages. Leverage data-driven insights from market and talent analytics. Run efficient and targeted searches. Own the process through candidate prep, debriefs, and reference checks. Conduct Quality Check (QC) Calls: Stay connected to talent post-placement to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
