Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage employee onboarding activities from offer acceptance through start date
• Process and maintain new hire documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Assist with background checks, employment verifications, and onboarding paperwork
• Maintain employee records and HR databases while ensuring data integrity
• Support compliance initiatives and ensure completion of required employment documents
• Assist with scheduling orientations, training sessions, and employee communications
• Serve as a point of contact for employee questions regarding onboarding and HR processes
• Generate reports and assist with HR administrative projects as needed
• Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless and positive onboarding experience

Qualifications

• 1+ years of HR, onboarding, recruiting coordination, or administrative experience
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Comfortable working with multiple systems and navigating technology efficiently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion
