Dealership: L0346 Grapevine Honda BDC Representative - Grapevine Honda Join One of Texas' Highest-Volume Honda Dealerships Grapevine Honda is growing, and we're looking for energetic, customer-focused professionals to join our high-performing Business Development Center (BDC) team. This is more than a call center role. As a BDC Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers shopping online, responding to internet leads, setting appointments, and helping connect customers with our award-winning sales team. What You'll Do Respond to internet leads quickly through phone, text, email, and online platforms Schedule showroom appointments for prospective customers Partner closely with Sales Representatives and Managers to drive customer engagement Follow up with customers throughout the buying process Maintain accurate customer information and activity within CRM systems Provide outstanding customer service while creating a positive first impression Support dealership sales goals through effective communication and lead management Help convert online shoppers into lifelong customers What We’re Looking For Excellent communication and customer service skills A positive attitude with a strong sense of urgency Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong organizational and computer skills Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone Detail-oriented and highly dependable Sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, call center, or BDC experience is a plus, but not required Why Join Our Us?
