Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with individuals and small business owners in the Winchester area to assess their risk management needs.

Craft customized insurance solutions that align with the long-term goals of our clients.

Actively participate in local community events and Chamber of Commerce activities to expand our regional presence.

Manage incoming prospect inquiries and guide them through our onboarding and policy selection process.

Review existing policyholders' coverage annually to ensure their protection keeps pace with their changing lives.

Collaborate with the office leadership team to refine sales strategies and improve client retention outcomes.

Requirements

Virginia Property Casualty Insurance License.

Experience managing an insurance sales pipeline or personal book of business.

Strong comfort level with digital CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Comfort with public speaking and community networking.

Ability to commute daily to our Winchester office location.
