Job Details Job Location: Brooks Rehabilitation Hospital-Arizona - Phoenix, AZ 85054 Position Type: Full Time Job Shift: Any Job Category: Administrative & Support Services Responsible for developing and managing therapist schedules across all assigned units to ensure appropriate staffing coverage and support effective patient care. Job Responsibilities Develops, maintains, and adjusts therapist schedules based on staffing needs and department priorities. Coordinates coverage for call-outs, vacancies, schedule changes, and other staffing needs. Communicates schedules and changes accurately and timely to therapists and leadership. Maintains accurate scheduling records and protects confidential information. Demonstrates strong organization, attention to detail, initiative, and problem-solving skills. Communicates professionally and respectfully with patients, families, therapists, leadership, and other healthcare professionals. Adheres to organizational policies, patient rights, safety standards, and attendance requirements. Completes required education and participates in performance improvement activities. Demonstrates the organization's values and promotes a positive image of the hospital. Performs other duties as assigned. Job Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Some college preferred. Previous scheduling or healthcare experience preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills.
