Toyota of Tacoma is hiring a Sales Consultant to join our busy automotive Sales Department. This is an opportunity for a motivated customer-focused professional looking to break into the automotive industry. Someone who enjoys building customer relationships, problem solving, and wants to be part of a successful, high-volume team.

We're looking for someone who can deliver exceptional results while providing a great experience for our customers. No automotive sales experience? No problem. We'll provide training, mentorship, and the tools you need to succeed.

• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers
• Manage inbound leads and follow up effectively
• Help customers find the right vehicle based on their needs, preferences, and budget
• Maintain client engagement through email and outreach

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent; or 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or combination of education and experience
• Available to work flexible hours & weekends.
• Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but not necessary.
• Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product ins & outs.
• Effective communication skills
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
• Basic mathematical aptitude
• Ability to apply and understand reasoning.
• Clean driving record, with valid driver license.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screening.
