What You ll Do

• Provide high-quality anesthesia care for a wide variety of cases, including trauma, obstetrics, and surgical procedures
• Collaborate with surgical teams, nursing, and anesthesia colleagues to ensure patient safety and comfort
• Participate in a manageable and equitable call schedule designed to promote work-life balance
• Maintain and expand procedural skills across diverse surgical specialties
• Engage in mentorship and team collaboration to foster a positive, patient-centered environment

What You Need

• Medical license in Colorado (or ability to obtain)
• Board certification or eligibility in Anesthesiology
• 2+ years of anesthesia experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to providing excellent patient care

About the Assignment
This position is at a leading facility in Colorado Springs, CO, with a highly collaborative and growing anesthesia team practicing across Level I and Level III trauma centers as well as outpatient surgical centers. The anesthesia team handles a dynamic case mix, including trauma, obstetrics, spine, and various surgical specialties, ensuring a challenging and fulfilling practice environment.
