Reporting to the Store Director, you will lead by example, champion brand values, and ensure operational excellence across your product category and team. Responsibilities Strategic Team Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, and empower a dedicated team to achieve full potential, foster a culture of trust and accountability, and contribute to succession planning. Client Experience & Relationship Management: Build and maintain deep client relationships, ensure a client-centric mindset, and role-model elevated client interactions. Product Category & Business Growth: Own a designated product category, provide feedback to Corporate Merchandising, and develop action plans to boost business and maximize product performance. Performance Management & Results Ownership: Set clear goals, monitor team performance, analyze sales and client feedback, and implement solutions to exceed sales objectives. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Operational Excellence: Partner with Operations, Merchandising, and other teams to uphold visual standards and deliver a seamless, elevated client experience. The appointed candidate will be offered a salary in the range of USD 100,000–120,000 annually, plus bonus potential, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, paid time off programs, employee discount/perks, and two retirement plans with employer contributions.
