Were seeking a Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who is passionate about ABA, eager to take on leadership opportunities, and ready to advance toward BCBA certification. Job Responsibilities Provide high-quality 1 : 1 ABA therapy in home, school, and center-based setting Mentor and support RBTs, modeling best practices and assisting with training / supervision Collaborate closely with BCBAs on treatment planning, assessments, and parent training Assist with client programming, data analysis, and material development Lead small group activities and provide session coverage when needed Maintain professionalism, teamwork, and strong communication with families and staff Why Abacus? What Were Looking For Current Active RBT certification At least 1 year of ABA experience. Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills. Actively in, pursuing or planning to pursue a Masters degree in ABA (preferred). Reliable transportation, CPR / First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
