Capriotti's in Coeur d'Alene, ID is looking for a talented Grill Cook to join our sandwich-slinging team! Compensation starts at $21/hour when combining hourly wage of $17.00 and average tips of $4/hour earned at this location! Paid training, multiple opportunities for raises and promotions, flexible working hours. We offer free meals, and employee discounts. Comfortable work attire: t-shirt (provided), jeans, and tennis shoes.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and grill sandwiches and menu items to order with speed and consistency
• Operate and maintain grill and other kitchen equipment
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
• Monitor food quality, portion sizes, and presentation for every order
• Restock and prep ingredients to ensure smooth service during peak hours
• Keep the grill station clean, organized, and ready for service

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a grill cook, line cook, or in a fast-casual kitchen preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong knowledge of food safety and proper food handling procedures
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Positive attitude and a passion for great food
