Responsibilities Build and maintain positive customer relationships. Assist customers with questions regarding products and services. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Support customer acquisition and account development activities. Follow up with prospective and existing customers. Identify opportunities to increase customer engagement and sales. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account activities. Support customer satisfaction and retention initiatives. Assist with promotional and community outreach activities. Collaborate with team members to achieve customer and business goals. Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused and professional attitude. Confident and comfortable speaking with customers. Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve results. Strong relationship-building and problem-solving abilities. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, or account support is a plus but not required.
