The Customer Service Assistant 2 provides professional customer service and administrative support to internal and external customers. This position handles telephone inquiries, provides routine information, processes basic transactions, maintains customer service records, and performs a variety of general office support duties.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls and provide helpful, professional assistance to customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints received by phone, email, written correspondence, or through the front desk.
• Process routine transactions, including exemptions and extensions, according to established procedures.
• Enter and maintain information in the customer service database.
• Open, timestamp, sort, and distribute incoming mail.
• File and distribute documents and records.
• Operate photocopiers and standard office equipment.
• Perform other related administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 35 years of administrative experience in an office setting.
• Previous experience answering and handling telephone calls professionally.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
