Semiconductor Business Sales Lead UST is searching for an experienced Semiconductor Business Sales Lead to join our ranks and continue our tradition of success. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and a proven ability to strategize and implement high‑level program initiatives. Responsibilities Manage large team of Engineers and technicians. Responsible for performance management for the team. Hire, onboard new employees for the team. Work closely with project sponsor, cross‑functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives. Attend daily project meetings with stakeholders. Identify key requirements needed from cross‑functional teams. Maintain key quality metrics for the team's performance. Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives. Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department and implement process. Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Electronics, Semiconductor, or related field (MBA preferred). 10+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Client Partner roles with at least 5+ years focused on Semiconductor industry. Strong understanding of semiconductor lifecycle and ecosystem including: Chip Design / SoC / ASIC Verification & Validation Embedded Systems Physical Design FPGA Semiconductor Manufacturing Foundry ecosystem Proven track record of achieving revenue and growth targets. Experience managing strategic accounts and executive stakeholder engagement. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Preferred Skills Experience selling Engineering Services / IT Services / Digital Engineering to semiconductor clients. Existing network across semiconductor customers and partners. Knowledge of AI, Automotive Semiconductor, Edge Computing, IoT, and Silicon Engineering trends. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms. Compensation and Location Role Location: Texas Compensation Range: $118,000 - $177,000 Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below. Benefits Full‑time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro‑rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty.
