What We Offer Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Health, dental, vision Paid time off and paid holidays 401k with company match Employee discounts Opportunities for advancement with the Basil Family Dealerships What You'll Do Review and process warranty repair orders for accuracy and completeness Submit warranty claims to manufacturers in a timely manner Track, reconcile, and follow up on unpaid or rejected claims Communicate with service advisors and technicians to ensure proper documentation Maintain warranty schedules and aging reports Ensure compliance with OEM policies and dealership procedures Assist with audits and resolve discrepancies What We're Looking For Previous automotive dealership experience preferred (warranty, service advisor, or accounting) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Familiarity with DMS systems, CDK is a plus Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize workload Strong communication and problem‑solving skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Basil Family Dealerships
