Negotiate and close the sale Opportunities for daily sales / training meetings and coaching sessions Qualifications Proven success in consultative or in-home sales, preferably with high-ticket products or services. Strong closing and negotiation skills with the ability to build trust and overcome objections. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to achieve and exceed sales goals. Ability to manage a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to meet customer availability. Comfortable conducting in-home consultations and providing customized solutions. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple appointments and follow-up activities. Proficient with CRM systems, mobile technology, and basic math / computer applications. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel within the assigned territory. Ability to accurately measure, assess customer needs, and explain product features, financing options, and installation processes. High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree or sales certifications are a plus. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Preferred Backgrounds Home improvement, windows, doors, roofing, siding, bath remodeling, or outdoor living sales. HVAC, flooring, kitchen and bath, furniture, mattress, or other high-value retail sales. Automotive, real estate, insurance, or other consultative sales environments. Experience selling products with financing options and one-call close presentations. Training Requirement: This role includes a comprehensive training program to ensure your success. Training begins virtually on August 24th , followed by one week of hands‑on training in Denver beginning August 31st with our Sunrooms experts. After returning, you will complete an additional two weeks of hands‑on training in your home market , working alongside experienced team members to further develop your skills before transitioning into the role independently.
