Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for learners with developmental disabilities Implement and monitor behavior intervention programs using applied behavior analysis techniques Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including special education teachers, speech therapists, and occupational therapists, to ensure coordinated care Collect and analyze data to evaluate treatment progress and make necessary adjustments to intervention plans Provide training and support to caregivers and other professionals involved in the learners care Maintain accurate and up-to-date treatment documentation and records Qualifications Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques Familiarity with special education practices and regulations Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively work with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members Ability to assess learners needs, develop appropriate treatment plans, and monitor progress over time Skills Behavioral health expertise Proficiency in conducting behavioral assessments and developing individualized treatment plans Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques Ability to provide direct care using behavioral therapy methods Strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate treatment records and documentation #J-18808-Ljbffr
