Assistant Sales & Clinic Manager

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coaching teams, driving sales results, and leading daily operations while creating an exceptional guest experience. As an Assistant Sales & Clinic Manager, you’ll work alongside the Clinic Manager to lead the front desk sales team, drive membership growth, support operational excellence, and build a positive, high-performing culture. This is not a behind-the-scenes management role—you’ll lead by example on the floor, actively selling memberships, coaching associates in real time, and helping the team succeed every day. We’re looking for someone who is equally passionate about people, performance, and business results. What You’ll Do Lead & Develop the Team Coach, motivate, and hold associates accountable to sales and service expectations Lead by example through active selling and guest engagement Run daily huddles focused on goals, motivation, and performance Provide real-time coaching, feedback, and recognition throughout shifts Help create a positive, energetic, and winning team culture Drive Sales & Membership Growth Personally maintain strong membership sales performance and closing rates Support associates in using our sales framework to build guest relationships and close sales Drive membership conversions, upgrades, enhancements, and pre-booking Reduce membership cancellations through effective retention and \"save\" conversations Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for growth and improvement Support Daily Operations Partner with the Clinic Manager to oversee daily business operations Manage schedules, staffing flow, and shift execution Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment Maintain strong operational standards and guest satisfaction Step in wherever needed to support the team and business What Makes You a Great Fit Leadership or supervisory experience in sales, retail, hospitality, fitness, or customer service Proven ability to motivate teams and drive results Strong sales mindset with confidence in coaching others to sell Excellent communication, accountability, and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and lead effectively in a fast-paced environment Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude Comfortable having performance-based conversations and holding team members accountable Success in This Role Looks Like Consistently achieving and exceeding membership sales goals Building a highly engaged, motivated, and accountable team Improving guest retention and reducing membership attrition Creating a positive culture focused on service, sales, and teamwork Supporting smooth daily operations while delivering exceptional guest experiences Why Join Massage Envy?
