• Summary:
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding kitchen cabinet products, orders, availability, and scheduling.
  • Enter, update, and maintain customer orders accurately within the company's ERP system.
  • Coordinate customer pickups, freight, and shipping with warehouse and logistics teams.
  • Work closely with Accounting to support customer payments and order processing.
  • Assist the Sales team with customer follow-up, order tracking, and issue resolution.

• Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with customers by phone and email to understand their product needs and provide accurate information.
  • Create, enter, modify, and update sales orders based on customer requests and changes.
  • Coordinate customer pickup schedules and freight/shipping logistics with the warehouse team.
  • Work with Accounting to help ensure customer payments and orders are processed smoothly.
  • Support Sales with customer follow-ups, order status updates, and general administrative needs.
  • Resolve order-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain clear communication between customers and internal departments to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time

• Requirements:
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a bonus
  • Previous customer service, administrative, order entry, sales support, or similar experience preferred.
  • Strong computer and data-entry skills with the ability to learn ERP/order management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when entering and updating orders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
