Inside Sales Professional
HairClub is looking for high-performing inside sales professionals who know how to build trust, guide conversations, overcome objections, and earn commitment.
This isn't a traditional call center role or an appointment-setting job. You'll work exclusively with qualified inbound leads—people who have already reached out because they're actively looking for solutions. Your job is to understand their needs, educate them on their options, and secure their commitment to an in-person consultation with a HairClub expert.
Every consultation you close helps change someone's confidence—and gives you the opportunity to increase your earnings.

You'll engage qualified inbound leads through consultative conversations, build trust, uncover client needs, and recommend the next step. Overcome objections and confidently secure confirmed consultations. Consistently exceed consultation conversion goals and deliver an exceptional client experience from the first conversation.
