• Position Type: Contract
• Contract Duration: 3 months
• Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: Evening (2nd Shift), 2:00 PM 10:30 PM

Job Summary

This is a Surgical Support Aide position at the Main Campus facility, working 2nd shift. The role involves hands-on support within surgical services, including lifting heavy items, transporting patients, and cleaning and turning over rooms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lift heavy items as required by the role
• Transport patients as needed
• Clean and turn over rooms following surgical procedures

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 full year of customer service experience

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

Required Experience

• 1 full year of customer service experience required

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Job requires lifting heavy items
• Job requires transporting patients
• Job requires cleaning and turning over rooms

Important Notes

• For orientation and the first three weeks of the contract, travelers will be asked to work 1st shift (9:00 AM 5:30 PM) to get familiar with the unit.
