American Traveler seeks a Surgical Technologist for a hospital OR position requiring 18 months of experience with ortho/total joints, scopes, and neuro procedures.

Job Details

• Hospital OR unit at a Decatur, GA facility,
• Handles ortho/total joints, scopes, and neuro procedures,
• Shift schedule: 7a-7p, 3x12s totaling 36 hrs/week,
• On-call requirements apply,

Job Requirements

• Minimum 18 months of experience required, ideally within the last 3 years,
• Strong experience with ortho/total joints, scopes, and neuro procedures,
• License required if applicable,
• Full SSN and date of birth required for consideration,

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility; local candidates are not accepted under standard rules,
• Former Emory or Houston perm staff must be separated for at least 1 year before returning to the health system, or 18 months if returning to the same facility,
• RTO requests are limited to a maximum of 5 days when not near a holiday, or 3 days if falling on/near a holiday, with only one holiday request permitted,
