Senior Oncology Sales Specialist, Hematology (Eastern Kentucky and East Tennessee) - Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Oncology Sales Specialist for the Eastern Kentucky and East Tennessee territory. The role involves selling oncology therapeutics, developing account strategies, and building customer relationships while achieving sales quotas in hospital and specialty pharmacy settings.
Responsibilities
- Execute sales strategies for current and potential new oncology therapeutic products
- Conduct business analysis, prospect for new business, and develop account strategies with manager
- Prepare customer-specific pre- and post-call plans with targeted clinical messaging
- Build customer relationships and influence decision-makers using approved materials
- Maintain knowledge of reimbursement, market dynamics, and competitive treatment protocols
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree minimum
- Three or more years of pharmaceutical or biotech direct selling experience with documented sales success
- Oncology specialty sales experience or major hospital account sales background
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel including overnight trips
- Hospital and large account sales experience with complex reimbursement knowledge
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to identify key decision makers
