Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients presenting with a range of dermatological conditions, utilizing your medical expertise to assess their health needs accurately.
• Perform comprehensive physical examinations and utilize diagnostic studies, including skin analyses and cultures, to craft appropriate treatment plans.
• Document patient encounters with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring compliance with proper billing and coding protocols for all services rendered.
• Communicate effectively with patients to build rapport, educate them on their conditions, and promote their long-term health management.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing education programs to stay informed about advancements in dermatology.
• Assist in promoting the practice through community engagement initiatives and patient referrals.
• Adhere to all local and federal regulations pertaining to dermatology and medical practice, including HIPAA guidelines.
• Triaging patient needs and assisting dermatologists during procedures, ensuring seamless patient flow and optimal care delivery.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution as a Physician Assistant.
• A minimum of 1-year experience in a dermatological setting is required.
