Work Environment

This position is onsite at our assisted living facility, where you will engage daily with a diverse patient population in a nurturing and collaborative work setting. As a full-time Nurse Practitioner, you will typically work from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with occasional evening clinics continuing until 8:00 p.m., and possible participation in community health events during weekends. Your average workweek will total approximately 40 hours, allowing for a balanced professional and personal life.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive health assessments and screenings, gathering detailed medical histories and performing physical exams for individuals and their families.
• Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic health issues, creating individualized care plans that emphasize preventive health strategies and promote wellness.
• Work collaboratively with community partners to develop and implement educational programs aimed at increasing health awareness and improving preventive care measures.

Qualifications
