Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients in their homes to diagnose and monitor acute and chronic conditions.

• Utilize diagnostic tools and interpret test results, ensuring prompt and appropriate therapeutic interventions.
• Prescribe medications and therapies, ensuring adherence to healthcare protocols and patient safety standards.
• Educate patients and their families on disease management strategies, medication schedules, and post-discharge care planning.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner with an active state nursing license.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited institution; a Master’s degree is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The Nurse Practitioner position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 220,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
