$40,000 - $52,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage all maintenance requests, ensuring timely and efficient resolution to maintain resident satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, property owners, and vendors, fostering clear and proactive communication.
• Oversee the scheduling and execution of maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with established guidelines and standards.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all maintenance activities, supporting transparency and accountability.
• Collaborate with property owners to align maintenance efforts with their financial interests and property preservation goals.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance operations.
• Monitor vendor performance, ensuring quality service delivery and adherence to contractual obligations and timelines.

Qualifications:

• Experience in property management or a related field, ensuring you understand the nuances of maintaining residential properties.
• Ability to coordinate and manage multiple maintenance requests simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
• Proven track record of effective communication with residents, property owners, and vendors, fostering positive relationships.
