- Experience of 5-7 Years within the Commercial Maintenance industry, Required.
- Must have 2 Years Minimum prior construction site " FIELD EXPERIENCE " (e.g. Project Manager skills; Scheduling, Budgeting, Safety OSHA regulation, Job readiness, Staffing, Purchasing)
- Must have 2 Years Minimum prior " MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE " (e.g. Management Skills; Review and understand Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flows Statement, Job Cost Reports, Monthly/Weekly sales/payroll reports,
- Excellent verbal and written English communication abilities
- Strong communication and organization
- Valid driver’s license
- Spanish Speaking not required, Preferred
- Proficient in several management disciplines; HOA, Master Plan, Commercial, Municipality, Hotel & Casino property scope of works (e.g. Pool and Valet, 24 hour on call services, executive correspondence,).
