PRINCIPLERESPONSIBILITIES AND POSITION PURPOSE: Completes administrative duties for the humanresources department. Support the HR Team with administrative support, onboarding/training,staff communication and interim recruitment efforts. MAIN DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES: Assistwith all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests Liaisewith other departments or functions Assist inrecruiting efforts Assist inemployee relations activities Attend appropriatemeetings AssistsHR Team with all administrative tasks as needed SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLSAND ABILITY Effective administration and people management skills Strong organizational and time management skills Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communicationskills Ability to coordinate and cooperate with other departments Strong ability in using HRIS systems and MSOffice (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, etc. Demonstrates the ability to performeffectively in high-stress environments, adapt quickly to unexpected changes,and manage demanding workloads while maintaining composure, focus, andprofessionalism. SUPPORTIVEFUNCTIONS Inaddition to performance of the essential functions, this position may berequired to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, withthe percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the HumanResource Manager based upon the particular requirements of the company. Participatein industry organizations. Maintainan open line of communication between guests, employees, and management .Assistin any other duties as needed. This position may be required toperform other and additional duties assigned by the Director of Human Resources.
