Thera in NYC is hiring a Partnerships Lead to build our partnership engine from scratch. This IC role reports directly to the CEO. You will define the strategy, source deals, close terms, and turn partnerships into a real revenue channel—not logos on a slide. Based in NYC, you’ll own end-to-end deal flow, negotiate contracts, and collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Ops to onboard partners quickly and produce measurable ROI. #J-18808-Ljbffr Thera (YC S22)
