Financial Client Services Representative

Hybrid | 4 Days In-Office Join a growing financial services team supporting Broker Dealer and Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) clients in a highly visible, client-facing role. This position is ideal for someone with brokerage, banking, or financial services experience who enjoys problem-solving, relationship management, and navigating operational processes in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for Broker Dealer and RIA clients Assist with brokerage account opening, transfers, maintenance, and platform navigation Manage client inquiries and escalations via phone and email Own issues from intake through resolution with strong follow-up and communication Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve client needs efficiently Deliver a professional, high-touch client experience while managing multiple priorities Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in financial services, brokerage operations, or retail banking Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and client service abilities Ability to manage complex tasks in a fast-paced environment Preferred Experience Exposure to Broker Dealer and/or RIA environments Knowledge of brokerage account opening and account transfer processes Experience working independently and navigating multiple systems and processes #J-18808-Ljbffr IntePros
