Labeling Project Manager

Abbott seeks a Labeling Project Manager for its Plymouth, Minnesota facility to oversee labeling and universal addendum labeling projects. The role involves managing cross-functional initiatives, regulatory compliance documentation, and master data systems while ensuring adherence to FDA and international standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate detailed schedules and timelines for labeling deliverables across organizational functions
• Create and manage labeling change processes within document management systems
• Identify and resolve labeling inconsistencies to meet regulatory and project requirements
• Monitor program risks and issues, driving resolution and cross-functional alignment
• Manage labeling master data and workflow via internal IT systems while ensuring regulatory compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Operations Management
• Minimum 5 years medical device industry experience preferred
• Project management certification preferred
• Knowledge of FDA, EU regulations, GS1, and ISO standards
• Experience with ERP or PLM systems, preferably SAP or Windchill
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical and data management skills with attention to detail

Compensation: $61,300–$122,700 base
