Appointment Scheduler - LPO Rockwall - Fulltime, Days

Appointment Scheduling Specialist for a fast-paced, high-volume clinic. Work locations: 3136 Horizon Road - Suite 100 Rockwall, TX 75032 AND 4803 Wesley Street Greenville, TX 75401. Work hours: Full-time, 40 hours weekly; Monday - Friday (8am 4pm).

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED)
• Two years of related experience in healthcare environment (PREFERRED)
• Outpatient clinic scheduling, surgical/orthopedic practice experience (PREFERRED)

What you will do:

• Schedule tests, procedures, and referral appointments
• Responsible for answering phone calls and scheduling patient appointments
• Communicates with patients regarding appointments and instructions for procedures and tests
• May collect fees such as co-pays/co-insurance, gathers insurance information and patient personal data
