In this on-site role, you will provide hands-on clinical and skills lab instruction, supervise students in partner healthcare facilities, and ensure safe, evidence-based nursing practice. You will assess competencies, document progress, and offer clear feedback to adult learners transitioning from LPN to RN roles. Working in a student-centered, collaborative environment, you will help shape a skilled local nursing workforce, using modern labs, simulations, and strong community and employer partnerships.
