Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments for new clients to understand their mental health concerns and establish treatment goals.

• Provide individualized counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to assist clients in overcoming their challenges and achieving their therapeutic goals.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that account for the specific needs of each client, regularly reviewing progress and making necessary adjustments to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current best practices and methodologies in counseling, ensuring the provision of high-quality care.

• Foster a warm, empathetic, and professional atmosphere during each counseling session, building rapport and trust with clients.

• Actively collaborate and communicate with other mental healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for clients, making appropriate referrals when necessary.

• Document all patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The LPC position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually , commensurate with experience, alongside additional benefits including a sign-on bonus.
