AR Customer Resolution Specialist

Overview Vaco is partnering with a global manufacturing company and is seeking an AR Specialist to join their growing finance team. Base pay range $30.00/hr - $35.00/hr Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for account inquiries and payment-related issues. Research, troubleshoot, and resolve discrepancies on outstanding invoices. Partner with internal departments to ensure timely collection and resolution of customer accounts. Maintain accurate account reconciliations and ensure financial records are up to date. Support the preparation of internal reports and analysis related to receivables. Assist with period-end activities and provide documentation for audit purposes. Contribute to ongoing process improvements and efficiency initiatives. Qualifications Associate degree preferred. Strong background in Accounts Receivable within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in SAP required Advanced Excel skills Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
