In-Home Sales Representative

Location: Central Jersey, NJ
Compensation: $100,000+ annually (100% Commission | Uncapped Earnings)

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting with homeowners, building relationships, and closing sales. We provide pre-qualified appointments , so you can focus on selling—not prospecting.

• Meet with homeowners for scheduled in-home consultations
• Present customized bathroom remodeling solutions
• Use our iPad-based sales system to create designs and proposals
• Educate customers on products and financing options
• Build trust, provide pricing, and close sales
• Participate in ongoing sales training

• Sales experience preferred (in-home or outside sales)
• Home improvement experience is a plus
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Reliable transportation
