In-Home Sales Representative
Location: Central Jersey, NJ
Compensation: $100,000+ annually (100% Commission | Uncapped Earnings)
The Basic Companies Co. is an award-winning home remodeling company specializing in bathroom remodeling, kitchens, basements, waterproofing, flooring, plumbing, and more. We're looking for a motivated sales professional to help homeowners transform their homes while building a rewarding career.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting with homeowners, building relationships, and closing sales. We provide pre-qualified appointments , so you can focus on selling—not prospecting.
What You'll Do- Meet with homeowners for scheduled in-home consultations
- Present customized bathroom remodeling solutions
- Use our iPad-based sales system to create designs and proposals
- Educate customers on products and financing options
- Build trust, provide pricing, and close sales
- Participate in ongoing sales training
- Sales experience preferred (in-home or outside sales)
- Home improvement experience is a plus
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Reliable transportation
- $100,000+ earning potential
- Uncapped commission
- Pre-qualified appointments provided
