As our Brand & Content Manager , you’ll work directly with the firm’s owner to bring creative ideas to life and help shape the future of our brand.

This is a full-time, in-office position located in Downtown San Diego.

What You’ll Do

· Lead and grow our brand across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.

· Create, edit, and publish engaging short-form and long-form video content.

· Film attorneys and staff for educational videos, podcasts, interviews, and marketing campaigns.

· Develop and manage our content calendar.

· Monitor analytics and recommend strategies to grow our audience and engagement.

· Coordinate podcasts, webinars, photo shoots, and other multimedia projects.

· Manage our online reputation, attorney profiles, and award submissions.

· Stay ahead of marketing trends, AI tools, and emerging technology.

· Recommend and implement new ideas, systems, and creative strategies.

· Work directly with ownership to turn ideas into reality.

What We’re Looking For

The right person is creative, proactive, organized, and loves learning. You don’t wait to be told what to do. You take ownership, enjoy solving problems, and are always looking for ways to improve.

Qualifications

· Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) is required. A significant portion of our videos, educational content, and client communications are in Spanish.

· Experience creating content and managing social media platforms.

· Strong video editing skills using CapCut or similar software.

· Experience with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.

· Comfortable using cameras, lighting, microphones, and podcast equipment.

· Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms.

· Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills.
