Bilingual Patient Liaison - Insurance & PHI Specialist

Med-Metrix is seeking a Patient Liaison to work onsite in Parsippany-Troy Hills, NJ. You will contact patients to screen for WC/NF insurance, validate their information, and resolve issues while carefully handling PHI in line with HIPAA and security policies. You will use hospital systems and external sites to verify details, update records, and communicate with supervisors.
