By joining our team, you'll have the opportunity to work in a rewarding workplace with a strong sense of community.# **Job Description:**We are currently recruiting for a motivated and passionate Maintenance Technician to install and maintain machinery and equipment in industrial establishment.**Pay:** Starting at $22.00/hour + **$4.00 Shift Premium** + **4,000 sign on bonus****Schedule & Shift:** Monday - Friday (5 days x 8 hours), 2:00PM - 10:00PM**THE DAY TO DAY...*** Safe operation of machines and tools* Live and promote the Ariens Core Values and 15 Principles* Read blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures* Dismantles machines* Moves machinery and equipment* Assembles and installs equipment such as shafting, conveyors and tram rails* Aligns machines and equipment* Assembles machines, and bolds, welds and rivets or otherwise fastens them to structures* Repairs and lubricates machines and equipment* Complete preventative and total productive maintenance**THE QUALIFICATIONS...*** High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred* Minimum two years industry experience and/or training* Strong language, mathematical, reasoning and computer skills needed* Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals* Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all unites of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals* Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs**THE WORK ENVIRONMENT*** Able to frequently walk, sit and use hands to handle or feel* Able to lift up to 10 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally* Must wear required Personal Protective EquipmentApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.## ***About AriensCo***Since 1933, the AriensCo name has been associated with reliable, durably crafted, high-performance outdoor power equipment.
