Ready to bring your best?**How You will Make Contributions That Matter:*** Repairs, dismantles, assembles, installs, and performs preventive maintenance on production machinery and equipment to include hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, and electrical equipment.* Diagnose malfunctions in machinery and equipment* Make recommendations to improve production methods, equipment performance and quality of product.* Work with co-workers and supervisors to resolve maintenance issues.* Demonstrate safe and quality conscious work habits and follows all company policies and procedures.* Responsible for understanding and complying with the Current Good Manufacturing Practices and Food Safety guidelines to ensure that quality food products are manufactured in a sanitary production environment and delivered with superior protection to our customers and consumers.* Performs all other duties as assigned; some may become primary.* Overtime as required.**You Are Best Suited For The Role If You Have:*** Strong mechanical and electrical abilities.* Full working knowledge of shop hand tools and their uses.* Possesses a working knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.* Demonstrates initiative and strong interpersonal, communication, and team skills.* Must be physically capable of performing medium to heavy work, lifting a maximum of 100 lbs (team lift for anything over 50 lbs), with frequent lifting of objects weighing up to 50 lbs.* Must also be capable to do occasional climbing, stooping, squatting, kneeling, crouching, reaching and handling, as well as frequent standing/walking.**We Support and Care For Our Employees By Providing Them With:*** Development opportunities that enhance you career fulfillment* Meaningful compensation & benefits that help you care for your family* Opportunities to contribute to your community and enhance the lives of others through Saputo productsWorkshift: 2:00pm-10:00pm Sunday - Thursday, with monthly weekend coverageStarting wages between **$33.60-$35.92****$2.00 shift premium 6:00pm-6:00am****Step increase eligible through 18 months**In the USA, Saputo ranks among the top three cheese producers and is one of the top producers of extended shelf-life and cultured dairy products, with a portfolio of well-loved brands such as Stella, Frigo Cheese, Montchevre, Stella, and Treasure Cave.
