And if that’s you we would love to have you join us!Job Description## Job Summary:We are looking to add an experienced maintenance technician on our 2nd shift. You will support multiple departments of our Ladysmith facility.You will work a 2nd shift schedule full time on-site at our Ladysmith, WI facility.You will report to the maintenance supervisor.Scheduled hours: Monday-Friday 300pm-11:00pm## Skills:* Read and understanding written instructions and schematics* Use a computer to view, log, or find appropriate job-related information* Use manual tools, power tools and machinery, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and control systems* Knowledge of Plastic injection molding machines* Knowledge of PLC's.* Familiar with 3 phase power up to 480V.* Equipment general preventative maintenance and calibration.## Your Responsibilities:* Maintain and repair the facility's structure, equipment and grounds, including plumbing, electrical and HVAC.* Perform skilled trades work, such as carpentry or painting in the construction, repair or alteration of structures such as walls, roofs or office fixtures.* Work with manufacturing or process engineering in the installation or repair of building plumbing and wiring required in the production process.* Make periodic or special inspections of the premise to determine repair work necessary.* Work from blueprints, drawings or rough sketches.## The Essentials - You Will Have:* High School Diploma/GED or 3 years of related work experience* Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.## What We Offer:* Health Insurance including Medical, Dental and Vision* 401k* Paid Time off* Parental and Caregiver Leave* Flexible Work Schedule where you will work with your manager to enjoy a work schedule that can be flexible with your personal life.* To learn more about our benefits package, please visit at Rockwell Automation we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace, so if you're excited about this role but your experience doesn't align perfectly with every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyway.
