Technical Program Manager

Position: Technical Program Manager Location: Pulse Point, 4361 Irwin Simpson Rd, Mason, OH 45040. Hybrid work model: 1–2 days per week in office, remote work the other days. Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Responsibilities Oversee program planning and strategy to align with company goals. Conduct business case analysis for strategic alignment and cost‑effectiveness. Facilitate technical initiatives through the L‑gate demand process. Manage program deliverables, ensuring schedule, scope, and budget compliance. Identify and mitigate program risks proactively. Develop and track metrics for program performance and value realization. Provide status reports to senior management and stakeholders. Lead technical programs, including cloud migrations, cybersecurity, application development, and AI/ML solutions. Guide and support engineering teams to achieve expected outcomes. Standardize and manage prioritization, business case analysis, and funding approval processes. Implement program‑management best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Build strong relationships, resolve conflicts, manage resources in a matrix environment, and communicate effectively across all organizational levels. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 10+ years of project or program management experience, including broad-based information‑systems work. Experience with full life‑cycle application development and/or enterprise application or data‑warehouse development. Minimum 3 years leading and directing project tasks. Proficiency in program and project planning, governance, risk management, cost and ROI analysis. Experience with Agile project and product management practices. Hands‑on experience with Jira, MS Project, ServiceNow, REST APIs, Tableau, AWS services, and cloud technologies. Familiarity with cybersecurity, AI/ML solutions, and application development. Experience with reporting and documentation tools such as Jira Align, ServiceNow, SharePoint, and Tableau. Certification Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI required.
