Facilities Technician

Our client, a leading organization in the facilities management industry, is seeking a Facilities Technician to join their team. As a Facilities Technician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting the operational needs of the organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Location: Phoenix, AZ Pay Rate: $30/hr What’s the Job? Monitor the facility to ensure safety, security, and proper maintenance. Troubleshoot power, HVAC systems, controls, and mechanical systems. Perform general and preventative maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, and vendor management. Replace lighting bulbs and ballasts as needed. Assist with moving office furniture, machinery, and equipment as requested. What’s Needed? 5-10 years of relevant experience in facilities maintenance or related fields. High school diploma or GED required. Forklift certification and aerial lift certification preferred. Experience installing doors, removing doors, and performing basic carpentry and maintenance tasks. Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. What’s in it for me?
