Senior Client Executive

To support client relationship growth and revenue targets, the full-time Senior Client Executive will manage client engagement, oversee contract renewals, and develop strategic initiatives in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement tailored client growth strategies to achieve revenue and growth quotas through upselling and cross-selling services Maintain and nurture relationships with key client stakeholders, conducting regular business reviews to align services with client needs Lead contract renewal negotiations and manage Statements of Work (SOW) for new and ongoing client engagements Required Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management with a proven track record of meeting revenue quotas Experience in the healthcare BPO industry, particularly in claims adjudication, document management, or contact center solutions Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment, with travel required as needed
